Royal Malaysian Customs Department enforces regulations at all entry points. Malaysia has strict rules on drugs (death penalty applies), alcohol limits, and religious considerations for some items. The MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) is required for visitors.
Entry Process
- 1Complete MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) within 3 days before arrival
- 2Proceed to immigration and passport control
- 3Collect checked baggage
- 4Pass through customs (Red/Green channel system)
